    • Bank account details (account name and number), strictly for funding/refunds. We do not store card details.

    • We use minimal session cookies to authenticate and identify users while logged in.
    • We do not use elaborate cookie-based tracking for marketing.
  3. Activity Logs:

    • We log user actions (e.g., IP address, device identifiers) for fraud prevention, security, and debugging.

  1. Directly From You:

    • When you create an account, provide BVN/NIN for verification, or contact Support.
  2. Automatically:

    • Through session cookies, server logs, and app usage analytics.
  3. From Third Parties:

    • Certain data (e.g., name, BVN validation) may be verified using partner APIs or third-party services authorized by you.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

  1. Service Provision:

    • Processing transactions, identifying users, ensuring account security, and providing receipts/confirmations.
  2. Security & Compliance:

    • Detecting and preventing fraud or illegal use, ensuring compliance with any applicable laws, and maintaining user trust.
  3. Communication:

    • Sending you transaction alerts, service updates, or important notifications.
    • Marketing emails only if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  4. User Support & Debugging:

    • Resolving disputes, addressing technical issues, and improving overall service reliability.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  1. Third-Party Providers:

    • We may share limited data (e.g., name, BVN) with partners that provide virtual account services or that facilitate data/airtime top-ups.
  2. Legal Compliance:

5. Data Retention

    • We retain user data while the account remains active. Inactive accounts with zero balances may be deleted after 100 days.
    • Transaction logs may be kept longer if required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
  2. Deleting & Updating Data:

    • You may request corrections or deletions via our support channels. Certain regulatory obligations may require us to keep transaction records longer.

    • Internal user data access is role-based and granted only to essential personnel.
