Referral Policy

This Referral Policy explains how Rizpay’s referral or “invite-a-friend” program works. By participating, you agree to comply with both this Policy and the main Terms of Service.

1. Program Structure

1. Multi-Level Referrals:

   • Each user has a unique, customizable referral code or link.
   • Multiple tiers of commission may apply if you refer someone who also refers others (as determined by Rizpay’s program rules).

2. Unlimited Referrals:

   • There is no cap on how many people you can refer, provided you comply with our acceptable use guidelines.

2. Referral Rewards

1. Commission Basis:

   • You earn a commission on certain transactions (e.g., airtime/data/cable/electricity purchases) made by your referred users.
   • Commissions show as “pending” until the next calendar month.

2. Payout Timing:

   • Commissions accrued this month are disbursed to your Rizpay wallet the following month.
   • You must have a verified account to receive referral payouts.

3. No Immediate Cash-Out:

   • The pending amount is only credited after the monthly reconciliation. If you or your referral is suspected of fraud, the commission may be withheld.

3. Restrictions & Abuse Prevention

1. Prohibited Practices:

   • Spamming referral codes on unauthorized websites, creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or any manipulative practice intended to generate unearned rewards.

2. Fraud Detection:

   • Duplicate or self-referrals are flagged. Rizpay reserves the right to withhold or retract referral bonuses if fraudulent activity is detected.

3. Legal Posting:

   • Users are allowed to share referral codes in compliance with the law, site rules, and no spamming or unsolicited messaging.
